The day has finally come when Nintendo has announced the specs , price and release date of its newest console the Switch. Nintendo Switch will be launched on March 3 2017 at a price of $299.99 USD.
The hybrid console will also see the release of a number of unique games in North America with Super Mario Odyssey and Legend Of Zelda : Breath of the Wild possibly being the most anticipated ones. Here are all the games that will be available at launch in North America

At first glance if I am being brutally honest the list looks a bit thread bare to say the very least, however there is still a chance that more titles might be added as the launch date for the console gets near , but still this looks a bit dull and meagre considering the fact that Nintendo partnered up with quite a few third part publishers as well as developers.
By far the most interesting game on the list seems to be Legend Of Zelda: Breath of The Wild , and while I was watching the Switch presentation I was completely awed by how amazing the game actually looked ,Super Mario Odyssey(not a launch title) also looks interesting but I am still not sold on the idea of an open world Mario game , and hence I am a bit unsure how that will play out.
The launch lineup could have been much better , yet it does hold promise and if Nintendo is able to gather momentum at the right time the Switch will be a grand success.
