Deadpool fans can rejoice as new photos of Cable (Josh Brolin) and Domino (Zazie Beetz) have been released. In addition to the photos some footage regarding Cable have also been released where the mutant is depicted doing stunts with the help of some wires. The official images have revealed some major details regarding the character.
Looking at the images of Cable it’s clear that this guy isn’t a handsome dude. Like Deadpool, Cable’s face looks like it has been through thick and thin. It also seems that Cable has had many injuries with a cybernetic left eye and a mechanical left arm.
For those of you, who do not know Cable, he is a mutant that has come back from the future to put an end to Apocalypse’s tyranny. In the comics Cable and Deadpool have partnered on several occasions. As Fox is already done with the Apocalypse movie in the last X-Men Apocalypse, it would be interesting to see as to how Fox architects the story of Cable and helps him fit into the Deadpool universe. The video footage also showed a DMC vehicle which is supposedly carrying mutants against their will.
While the above description seems quite a serious one, we know for sure that this movie would be as funny as the first one. Ryan Reynolds recently posted a photo on Twitter of Domino. Domino in the photo is using Deadpool as a red carpet and lying on him. We believe that Domino would be someone who could keep Deadpool in line and in check. Domino in the comics has often joined the team of Cable and Deadpool and has helped them with their errands.
What’s more interesting is how the powers of Domino will be depicted on the big screen as she is a very tricky character.
The movie might be about someone capturing and torturing mutants. Deadpool along with his team might try to help bring down the person responsible for these acts.
