Machine Games did a fantastic job rebooting the Wolfenstein series , and both Wolfensten: The New Order, and Wolfenstein : The Old Blood were stellar titles in their own right , even though the latter is a standalone expansion.
On the other hand, there has been no word from Machine Games since the release of Wolfenstein The Old Blood and we are pretty sure that the developer may be working on something which is going to be amazing. During the latest Kinda Funny Gamescast, the marketing executive of Bethesda, Pete Hines, spoke and revealed that the developer, Machine Games, is actually working on something. He also added the following:
“it’s f***ing bananas and I can’t wait to show what it actually is.”
Although no clue was given by Hines about what the next project of Machine Games could be but with his description, we’re guessing it to be a sequel of Wolfenstein. Putting light to it is the fact that the follow up of the game was officially confirmed in 2015 by a voice actor who was the voice of the character in the primary game.
The voice of Anya in The New Order, Alicja Bachleda-Curus, gave an interview saying the following:
“I’m still working on a computer game; I already did the first part, now we’re working on the second one, and it will take roughly two years.”
Additionally, the voice actor for everyone’s favorite part-Polish Nazi killer B. J. Blazkowicz, Brian Blood currently gave a confirmation that a follow up will be coming. He gave a hint that the actuality of the game in an interview by bringing up a visual which came up with the conference of Bethesda which included a game called “New Colossus”.
