In order to create hype for the Justice Leagues autumn convergence, Star Citys vigilantes Green Arrow(Stephen Amell), The Flash (Grant Gustin) and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) are posing for a shoot for Entertainment Weekly. Check it out here
It has been diclosed that Supergirl is to crossover with Green Arrow, Speedy (Willa Holland), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) for the first time ever.
This storyline that is set in multiple nights includes the allies of The Flash including Iris West (Candice Patton), Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh), Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) and Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) and also includes some members from Legends of Tomorrow such as The Atom (Brandon Routh), White Canary (Caity Lotz), Firestorm (Franz Drameh and Victor Garber) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell).
The question that is being raised now is what catastrophe brings these heroes together across universes? Bet it’s a threat from The Dominators!!
The producers of Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, Marc Guggenheim revealed to fans that:
“This year, for our mega Arrow verse crossover, we’re taking inspiration from a DC crossover from the late 1980s known as Invasion! which featured an alien race called the Dominators, who’d previously vexed the Legion of Superheroes. We’re using cutting-edge prosthetics and computer effects to achieve a feature film-quality look which is faithful to Invasion! artist Todd McFarlane’s interpretation of the characters.”
