Last week Microsoft hosted an Xbox Fanfest event in Mexico City. The event hosted a panel of some major names such as Phil Spencer, Larry Hryb and Aaron Greenberg amongst others sharing the stage. You can also view the recording if interested.
During the briefing Phil Spencer spent some time praising the 2016 Xbox lineup, here is what he had to say:

With Xbox Live we’ve been investing to create the fastest, most reliable online gaming network anywhere, with new features like clubs, looking for groups, Xbox Arena; all of that to make your gaming experience even better.
But why do we buy our game consoles? To play great games. And our games line-up this year has had an incredible reception from gamers everywhere, from ReCore to Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3.
Our commitment to continue to deliver the best exclusives we can possibly bring to your gaming experience is why your investment in Xbox is something that will continue to pay off.
It’s hard to disagree with Spencer’s statements, as Microsoft has indeed had a stellar year , where they have managed to beat anything and everything that the PS4 had to offer. Titles such as Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3 and Recore were all rated highly by fans and critics alike. It appears as if the Xbox One renaissance will continue with the release of Dead Rising 4 which releases on December 6 worldwide.
