The Wolfhall takes a look at what to expect from Marvel Agents Of Shield Season 5
The much-awaited Marvel Agents of Shield is coming back to our TV screens before Christmas. Our heroes in the fourth season found themselves stranded on a ship in outer space. The show will kick off from where the fourth season ended and Coulson along with the team will be looking for ways to return back to Earth.
The ABC television network recently released the official synopsis of the premier of the fifth season called Orientation. The show is scheduled to be aired on December 1 and is expected to be of two parts, Orientation (Part one) and Orientation (Part two).
As reported by the comicbook.com the synopsis is as follows “Coulson and the team find themselves stranded on a mysterious ship in outer space, and that’s just the beginning of the nightmare to come, when Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns for its highly anticipated fifth season with a special two-hour premiere, FRIDAY, DEC. 1 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.”
Marvel this time has decided to do things quite differently. If you would have followed Marvel’s alien related threats in the past, the aliens come to Earth instead of the humans going to their territory. This time however, they have done quite the opposite. Maybe the aliens are playing it smart and feel that they have a better chance of beating Shield by calling them to their own world.
Shield in the Marvel universe is the foundation of all super heroes. The only reason why Avengers is what it is, is because of Shield. The alien threat might feel that if they eliminate the Shield they are ultimately check mating their opponents and ending the basis of competition.
