Sony’s last major event before the year ends is here and PlayStation Experience (PSX 2017) brought with it a bunch of reveals and announcements including shedding light on previously confirmed titles such as God of War and Death Stranding. We got a bunch of new announcements as well such as the MediEvil Remaster that’s coming and Soul Calibur VI that was revealed at the conference.
Here are all the major announcements that took place at PSX 2017 last night:
NEW GAME ANNOUNCEMENTS
Firewall Zero Hour
Firewall Zero Hour Revealed: A tactical shooter for the PS VR, Sony has been talking about expanding their VR library since a long time and this game does push that agenda.
MediEvil Remastered
MediEvil is getting a remaster (and 4K for the PS4 Pro), the cult classic from the PSX is coming to the PS4 library as Shawn Layden announced at the conference.
UPDATES FOR EXISTING GAMES
Death Stranding
Death Stranding trailer is not so mysterious after a couple of hours according to Sony Executive. Mark Cerny said that the game makes sense eventually even if that might not seem so likely.
Detroit: Become Human
Detroit: Become Human got a brand new trailer at PSX 2017 and there was also gameplay shown in which the audience participated. The Quantic Dream game is supposed to release next year and we’re sure we’ll get much more gameplay news as the year draws to a close.
The Last Guardian And Wipeout Omega Collection
Both The Last Guardian And the Wipeout Omega collection are coming to the PS VR.
God of War
It will take you around 25-30 hours to beat the new God of War as the devs talked about how long the game will be at PSX.
OTHER BIG NEWS
In other news some big new changes might be in order as the PS4 boss talked about the possibility of PSN names getting changed, a feature that might be added next year!
