The most immersive World War 1 simulator, Battlefield 1 is getting its next Expansion “Turning Tides” where the players will once again embark on a gun ridden battlefield and make an amphibious assault on their foes.
Previously EA DICE had announced that the next DLC will be Battlefield 1 Turning Tides, and had fans waiting impatiently for the DLC’s release. The wait is finally over and Battlefield 1 Turning Tides is headed our way in a few weeks time.
Turning Tides will be a two part DLC, the first of which will release on December 11th. where we’ll see a new class called the infiltrator, new weapons and two new maps, Achi Baba and Cape Helles which will portray the events that took place during the Gallipoli operation on Gallipoli peninsula.
The second part will release during January 2018 in which we’ll see 2 new maps too, Heligoland Bight and the Zeebrugge with the addition of another side The Royal Marines army of Britain.
All Premium Pass owners get access to each expansion and its contents a week early meaning premium members can get access to the first part of Turning Tides next week. The Premium pack is also on sale this weekend so be sure to grab it without spending much, the premium pack also includes 14 superior Battlepacks, new weapons, and new multiplayer maps and some exclusive premium content too.
EA has also revealed Battlefield 1’s fourth expansion called “Apocalypse” which will release early 2018 though it won’t be far out then Turning Tide’s second part.
Battlefield 1 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC with its first and second expansion, They Shall Not Pass and In the Name of the Tsar respectively.
